Major Responsibilities

Maintainsite HSE management frame, include developing HSE plan, handbook, proceduresetc. 

Performsite HSE supervision; ensure employees understand company’s HSE policy. 

Periodicallymonitor plant HSE performance, analyze and provide improvement recommendationsto HSE site management. 

Facilitatesand provides HSE training and programs for all employees to ensure the fullcompliance.  

Supportthe development and maintenance of Emergency Response procedure and drillingplan.

Maintainincident management system, participate incident investigation, develop andvalidate prevention measure.

Maintainsite HSE regulation system such as related internal and external regulationsand guidelines update. 

Updatelicenses and permits HSE related.

Supportother departments and colleagues on HSE technical / skills. 

OtherAd hoc job assigned by management based on reality needs.

Job Requirement

Bachelordegree from formal college or university, with major of chemical or mechanical.

Oraland written communication in English. 

Morethan three years HSE working experience

Havechemical operation background is a plus

Mustbe willing to at times take on extra responsibilities to provide intensivesupport to colleagues
