Lead admin departmentto deliver logistic and administrative service to all employees. forinstance, office and workshop cleaning, transportation arrangement,stationery control, support visa application from local staff or overseacolleagues, canteen service, employee dormitory etc;
Lead admin departmentto manage outsourced cleaning service provider, and virescence serviceprovider;
Lead securitydepartment tomanage the security service on site.
Assist GM for BTPUcompany guideline and policy making and amendment.
Make sure that alladmin performance carried out in BTPU is compliance and meet HES requirements
Be responsible for all the announcement of BTPUand file the announcements
Official company Chop caretaker
Work closely with team member to liaison withBayer subgroups
Assisting site manager for other miscellaneouscases
Other worksassigned
HR:
Be responsible for all BTPU HR issues
Provide local HRadministrative support to ensure alignment with Corporate HR
Work closely with SH HR team to ensurepayroll payment for BTPU
Provide necessaryrecruitment activities
Be responsible for employee training& development
Provide regular HR reports and analysis
Give proper advice tostaff and clients about HR relevant regulation /policy.
Work closely with SH HR/ Mercer and Ping’an insurance team for BTPUemployee commercial insurance issues ( including contract making/movementprovision every month/ employee reimbursement application etc)
Lead HR assistant to provide HR service toemployees like employee personal files and Huku transfer
Supervise the application for non-Shenzhencitizen employees for Shenzhen Resident Permit handled by assistant
Be responsible for employee Shenzhen pensioninsurance system maintenance and housing fund.
Make sure that all BTPU HR performance is complianceand meet related laws and regulation
Assisting site manager and HR business partner for other miscellaneouscases

Bachelor degree in related major
Fluent English both in writing /speaking and mandarin, can speak Cantonese isnice to have
With 3years relevant experience
Good verbal communicationskills and team work spirit
Good computer skills at power point, excel , word and database (e.g. SAP)
Be responsible andconsidering
Be self motivated and active
Be able to set priorities and work under pressure
Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple taskssimultaneously
Excellentorganization and coordination skills.
Willingnessto travel occasionally
Process improvement and result oriented mindsetwith the capability to drive enhancements throughout the team.
