Supplier Management (15 %)
1. Identify and source new suppliers thoughnetworking, internet research, etc.
2. Generate supplier portfolio, frequentlymaintain, update, categorize, and analyze the supplier database
3. Investigate and record all complaints orfeedback from end users, and work together with the suppliers to improve theirperformance
4. Conduct customer satisfaction surveyperiodically and pass feedback to the supplier for further action
5. Plan and conduct on-site supplier audit
Market Investigation (10 %)
6. Monitor market trend to ensure thatBayer's corporate deal is competitive
7. Accumulate expertise on internalbusiness requirements in collaboration with the specific stakeholders and workout long term supplier performance expectations
Day-to-Day Procurement Tasks (70 %)
8. Process POs (purchase orders) and takeon responsibility for correct PO transaction, including on-time PO forwarding and delivery.
9. Support national cross subgroup biddingprojects
10. Maintain and update the existingcontract list, cross check the implementation of frame contracts, review therequired supplier reports, conduct post contract audits and monitor thesupplier performance
11. Continuously improve the workflows andprocesses to meet the business requirement and general operation efficiency
12. Estimate spending is 5 millions Eurosin South China
General Tasks (5 %)
13. Maintain items in respectivee-catalogue
14. On-time creation of spending andsavings calculations
15. Ensure compliance
Requirements:
1. Educational background: college orabove, International trade is preferred
2. Fluent English communication skills inreading and writing; able to communicate with global and regional teamseffectively
3. 2~3 years professional experiencerequired
4. SAP working experience is must
5. High energy level and strong commitmentto work under pressured and action driven environment
6. Good teamwork spirit, ability to workwell in a cross-functional team environment
7. Willing and motivated to work for Bayeron a long term perspective
