負責(zé)本區(qū)域?qū)I(yè)音響產(chǎn)品客戶（業(yè)主/設(shè)計院/集成商）的開發(fā)和管理,獲得項目合作機會；負責(zé)本區(qū)域內(nèi)工程項目開發(fā)、競標、跟蹤和管理工作等，最終達成區(qū)域銷售目標。
Responsible for professional system products customer’ （Owner/ Designinstitute/integrators ）development and management,obtain project cooperation opportunity;
Follow up projects exploration/ bidder/tracking; finally achieve theregional sales targets.
具體的職責(zé)描述：Job Responsibilities
貫徹和執(zhí)行公司的專業(yè)產(chǎn)品銷售策略和政策。完成公司專業(yè)產(chǎn)品在本區(qū)域內(nèi)下達的各項銷售目標（銷售額、利潤率等）；
Implement and execute the company's sales strategies and policies.Achieve the sales target of all product lines within the area（ sales andprofit,）
推動和支持經(jīng)銷商完成銷售目標；配合經(jīng)銷商進行競、招、投標；
Support distributors to succeed in the match and bid, finally achievethe sales target
發(fā)現(xiàn)新的業(yè)務(wù)機會，培育開發(fā)本區(qū)域市場，獲得項目信息；
Find new business opportunities, foster the markets and obtain projectinformation；
市場競爭對手的信息獲得，對公司專業(yè)產(chǎn)品在本區(qū)域內(nèi)的銷售前景進行分析，并建議應(yīng)對策略；
Evaluate market and competitors situation; analyze the potential marketsand propose the selling strategies.
對設(shè)計師、專家進行產(chǎn)品推薦，尋找和開發(fā)新項目；
Recommend the PRO products to designers and experts; explore newprojects.
及時完成公司要求的各類業(yè)務(wù)報表，包括銷售日、周、月報表、項目管理表、銷售產(chǎn)品預(yù)測表等
Prepare a variety of status reports to the schedule, including salesdaily/monthly/ /project management/products forecast reports
定期向公司反饋直接用戶、經(jīng)銷商、行業(yè)專家對公司的合理要求（交貨期、安裝、調(diào)試質(zhì)量、售后服務(wù)等）
Regularly collect the directfeedback from final users, distributors and industry experts to the company, asdelivery date/installation/Testing quality/Customer service
上級主管安排的其它相關(guān)工作。

EducationalQualification
學(xué)歷Educational Background：大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷Bachelor degree or above
相關(guān)專業(yè) Relevant Major ： 理工類專業(yè)Science/technologyor other related majors
經(jīng) 驗:
ProfessionalExperience
具備5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
Above 5 years related working experience
具有管理經(jīng)銷商的經(jīng)驗；
Experience with distributor management
具備工程項目管理經(jīng)驗；
Project management experience
Professional sound industry product orthe relevant product sales experience preferred
知識技能技巧
Knowledge\ Skills\Abilities
英語聽說讀寫能力優(yōu)秀，英語大學(xué)六級或以上優(yōu)先
Conversant in English, both spoken and written, CET-6 passerpreferred
熟練掌握Office辦公軟件，如PPT，Excel，Word等
Master office software, such as, excel, word and PowerPoint
具有基本的銷售分析能力
With basic sales analysis ability
良好的銷售和談判技巧
Good sales and negotiating skills
