Job Summary/ Position Purpose 工作概述/職位目的
l Production Planner is an important position in system house South China. This position holder takes the role in production planning/ scheduling, production data handling in ERP system plus for inventory control (FG and Raw). The Job holder acts as the communication coordinator between system house and SCC in BMSC /BMSL.
l The job holder should familiar with SAP system PP module and MM module, have a better understanding from customer order to product delivery process, and close follow-up on hand order in system.
l The good balance of Customer focus orientation and Bay System lowest cost leadership spirit is important/key factor to a positive delivery expected.
Major Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
Production Planner who is responsible for below task:
? Close communication with MU, RPP, and RPM to get updated forecast as an guideline for material replenishment planning.
? Breakdown forecast to raw materials level for raw material replenishment
? Daily Production Schedule arrangement and update to system
? Product Article Code process initiate in GZBMS PUR
? Provide bonded production volume to BMSL and Finance at a monthly base.
? Provide Monthly production output report to management team
? Closely Inventory control for both plant 4ASH and NLGZ for internal and external purchased material.
? Closely monitor the slow moving item in GZBMS PUR.
? Other ad hoc tasks based on real situation.
Education, Qualifications and Skills教育，資質(zhì)和技能
Education Background
Education major in Polymer, Commercial English, and college at least.
Work Experience At least 2 years working experience as production planner in an international enterprise,
Experience on SAP PP/MM module is a must.
Technical / IT Skills Microsoft office software
ISO 9001 knowledge is preferred.
Languages Good English skills on reading and writing, fluent spoken English will be an advantage.
Fluent mandarin required.
