Main Responsibilities:
 
·         Assume total ownership and maintain all electrical equipment for the Area, Substation, Diesel Generator and PCT Building incl. auxiliary systems such as HVAC, Fire-Alarm  and PA-System according the relevant standards and procedures
·         Identify and rectify any failures of electrical equipment
·         Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment
·         Interface with Production to resolve all electrical issues
·         Maintain sufficient spare parts in central and BU warehouse
·         Order electrical equipment and instruments to maintain the required spares on site
·         Assure plant safety and quality including product safety, process safety and labor working environmental safety, high reliability and availability 
·         Keep PCT documentation updated
·         Plan and organize routine, preventive and predictive maintenance in view of plant safety, production and product quality requirements
·         Implement modifications and new investment projects
·         Support new investment projects
·         Instruct technical personnel in view of legal obligation and company policy
·         Train and develop PCT personnel according to plant safety and technical requirements
·         Actively contribute to the development of PCT Standards BMS and Caojing Site
·         Share experience with Electrical and PCT Engineers in other areas
·         Further tasks will be assigned by Supervisor
 
Qualifications & Experience:
 
·         Bachelor or Masters degree in electrical engineering from renowned university
·         Work experience in relevant field in design and maintenance of E&I of at least 5 years.
·         Knowledge of electrical systems such as substations, transformers, MCC’s, digital variable speed drives such as Siemens Simovert or ABB masterdrive and electrical motors is required. 
·         Knowledge of digital plant automation structures such as Profibus DP.
·         Knowledge of Emerson Delta V Control Systems, Hima ESD Systems and Intergraph INtools CAE package is advantageous, but not mandatory.
·         Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese including technical English and Chinese.
·         Knowledge of all relevant GB and IEC codes with regard to design and maintenance electrical and instrument systems in petrochemical plants
