PRIMARY FUNCTION
1、Achieve AM AFT sales strategy of assigned products in assigned region
2、Regional AFT sales team management
3、Distribution network management
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1、Manage and monitor auto lamps aftermarket network performance in the area to ensure ****short and long-term strategy implemented.
2、Plan and implement regional sales activities to improve sales performance and expand sales network.
3、Ensuring the quality and quantity of dealer activities to achieve the required results.
4、Manage sales team to achieve regional sales target
5、Manage the budget, activity and advertising, allocated to the area in the best possible manner to ensure highest possible impact in achievements
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
1、Min. 5 years sales experience, at least 1 year in managerial position
2、Premium product retail operations is a plus
3、Automobile components busniness background is a plus
4、Multinational company background perferred
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1、University graduate or above, major in electronic or relative
2、Preferrably with lighting background or technical background
SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION
1、Internally deal with related departments in form of e-mail, phone call and memo
2、Externally deal with customers in form of e-mail, phone call, fax, letter and meeting
